TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CHARTER
OBLIGATORY EXTRA
- Service Pack: € 250 - up to 44 feet, € 300 - above 44 feet (4 or 5 cabin boats), € 350 - catamaran. It includes cleaning, Transit Log, linen, towels and dingy.
OPTIONAL EXTRA
- Gennaker: €400/week
- Outboard Engine: €80/week
- Skipper: €150/day + food + cabin
- Hostess: €130/day + food + cabin
- Safety Net: €120
- Wifi: 50€ 10GB, 80€ 30GB
- Airport Transfer up to 5 people (Dalaman Airport): €60
- Airport Transfer up to 8 people (Dalaman Airport): €70
- SUP and Canoe: €100 per week.
- REGATTA or RACE condition surcharge is €400/week
- Charters begin at 17:00 hours and end at 09:00 hours (with return to base the evening before + overnight)
- Within 30 days from confirmation advance payment of 50% is required.
- Balance payment is due one month prior to embarkation.
- Guaranty Deposit is required even if skipper is hired at extra cost.
- CLAIMS ARE NEGOTIABLE WITHIN 20 DAYS FROM END OF CHARTER
- Cancellation up to 121 days prior to embarkation date Full refund, however, administration fee of 10% of the charter price is applicable.
- Cancellation from 120 to 41 days prior to embarkation date Withhold of the down payment. However, if the yacht is chartered again under the same conditions full refund of the down payment is applicable.
- Cancellation 40 days or less to embarkation date Withhold of the full payment. However, if the yacht is chartered again under the same conditions full refund of the down payment is applicable.
- No show Withhold of every paid amount.
